University of Caloocan City, WISE Community: World-class, Innovative, Sustainable, and Empowered Faculty

The University of Caloocan City (UCC) conducted its annual Faculty and Employees Year-End Report and Assembly last night at UCC - Main Campus.

During the assembly, the University Administrators presented institutional accomplishments, ongoing initiatives, and future goals which aim to elevate academic quality and strengthen community engagement. The discussions fostered a sense of pride for the milestones achieved throughout the year, while building excitement and hope for the incoming years.

One of the event’s most notable highlights was the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Regents Hon. Dale Gonzalo Along Malapitan, whose visitation brought inspiration to the occasion.

In his heartfelt message, Mayor Along Malapitan stated: "Hindi ako perpekto pero tulad ng karamihang ama, ginagawa ko ang lahat ng makakaya ko para maging isang mabuting Mayor".

This humility and accountability expressed in his words reflected a genuine desire to serve UCC and the entire community. It underscored the value of leadership rooted not in perfection, but in authenticity and continuous effort.

As the night concluded, the UCC community carried a renewed sense of unity, anchored in the belief that sincere leadership, grounded in humility and dedication, will guide the institution towards even greater achievements in the future.
